If you keep your cake coverage up at this level, you'll have stolen all of moko's readership within weeks. My interpretation was that the Dragon was given a D-20 and was told that if he rolled a 7 he'd get a damsel to call his own and if he rolled a 13 he'd be turned into a cake. He rolled a 13.
